WESSLING drawing competition for employees childrens
Between May 17 and June 4, 2021, the WESSLING group organized a drawing competition for the children of employees of all countries in the group.
Work, home education, childcare, many recreational activities that could not take place during the COVID-19 pandemic have certainly affected parents. The challenge launched to the little children's wanted to bring a breath of fresh air in the daily life of their parents by organizing the drawing competition and the best little artists were awarded. The was organized on 3 age groups: up to 5 years, between 6-10 years and between 11-15 years. The theme of competition was drawing a picture related to WESSLING, whether it was a laboratory, or an employee on a construction site. There were no limits to imagination, The children of the employees from Romania showed that they know the activity of their parents at WESSLING, some drawings had in the foreground even their parents at work.

A total of 68 wonderful images were sent online to Altenberge to be judged. The drawings from Romania, Germany, France, Hungary, Poland and Russia were entered in the competition. Our jury has chosen the winners of each age group. The winners of the first international WESSLING drawing competition will enjoy a visit to the zoo or an adventure park with their family.
We are glad to have Kis Dorottya (13 years old) from Targu Mures the winner of the grand prize in the 10-15 age category. She will enjoy to a visit to an adventure park with their family.
WESSLING Romania appreciated all the drawings received and awarded the little participants with ice cream and souvenirs from the laboratory with "recipes" for experiments at home. We enjoyed the reactions of the little ones that our colleagues told at work.
School summer vacation is almost here, so it's the best time for great discoveries.
