2. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA. PERSONAL?

The Company, in its capacity as Operator, processes the personal data of candidates who apply for available positions, employees, natural person clients, representatives of legal person clients, contractual partners and collaborators, and the data of other natural persons who interact with the Company and/or are involved in contractual relations with him.

The personal data are:

• collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and are not subsequently processed in a way incompatible with these purposes;

3. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE ARE THEY PROCESSED?

In order to complete and submit the contact form ("Contact") on the Company's website - ro.wessling-group.com/ro/ (hereinafter the "website"), we process the following types of data: title, first name, surname, street and its number, name of the company/institution, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, town and, as the case may be, other data if left at the initiative of the data subject in the section "Your message".

In order to apply for a job within WESSLING Romania, the contact form will be filled in, the same personal data being processed as those mentioned in the previous paragraph.

In order to access the WESSLING Romania customer portal to view the analyses, we process the following data: company name, last name, first name and e-mail address.

In order to receive invoices by e-mail, we will process the following data for customers: e-mail address, company/institution name, street and number, postal code and town, contact person data: first name, last name and telephone number .

In order to request an analysis/consultancy offer, the following personal data will be filled in: name, surname, e-mail address, no. by phone. The data of the laboratory employee will also be requested as part of the offer, such as: name, surname and signature.

In order to submit a suggestion/complaint on the website, the following data will be processed: date, if the form/complaint is made in your own name or in the name of an interested person, title, first name, last name, company/institution name, e-mail address , phone number, street and its number, postal code and town.

In order to promote the activity on the website, photos and videos of Wessling employees are posted, thus processing the following personal data: name, surname, image.

For website visitors, it is possible to collect data through cookies or other similar technologies, such as: IP address, internet browser, location, web pages accessed on our website, time spent on the website, internet network, device used. For more details in this regard, see the Cookies Policy.

Your personal data, such as the email address you registered in collaboration with WESSLING Romania, can be used for marketing communications such as the newsletter. In the communications sent you have a simple option to unsubscribe (unsubscribe from this list.) at any time.

4. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS ON WHICH PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IS BASED?

Your personal data is processed in order to:

• conclusion and execution of various contracts;
• to fulfill our legal obligations;
• based on the consent requested and/or provided in advance (in the context of staff recruitment, for the transmission of marketing communications, etc.);
• for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company (e.g. the adoption of protection and security measures for our employees, the exercise of legitimate rights and interests of the Company in contentious or non-contentious procedures, etc.).

5. HOW LONG WE PROCESS YOUR DATA. PERSONAL?

Personal data are stored for their processing for the duration necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in this Policy or for the duration required by law (e.g. in matters of archiving, accounting, etc.).

6. TO WHOM DO WE TRANSMIT PERSONAL DATA?

We will not disclose or transfer to any third party any of the personal data collected from or about you except:

• To public authorities and institutions - when there is a legal obligation in this regard or for the purpose of a legitimate interest (defense of the Company's rights in contentious or non-contentious procedures, etc.).

If the personal data processed by the Company is transferred by it directly or through its contractual partners/collaborators outside the European Economic Area, we assure you that these transfers take place in compliance with GDPR.
