Harmony of private life and work, support of professional training and development, no difference between male and female employees (both in leadership and employee positions) and in average more than 50% women in the WESSLING group – this is our summary of the responses we received regarding the occasion of Women’s day from the WESSLING Group’s female employees. There is certainly still much work to be done, but it seems that the values articulated by the company (equality, women’s rights, equal pay, flexible working hours) coincide with the experiences of women colleagues.
