Teambuilding at WESSLING Romania for company employees
The employees of the 2 locations of WESSLING Romania enjoyed a fishing trip with their colleagues. On June 10, the employees of the Environmental Protection laboratory from Târgu Mures, and on July 8, 2023, the teams of the Food Safety and Environmental Consulting laboratory from Bucharest met in nature in a team buildings activities.
The main reason for joy was the marking of 20 years since the establishment of the company in Romania.
The 2nd major teambuilding was organized for the approx. 90 company employees from the 2 locations: Târgu Mureș and Bucharest. The setting for the meetings to strengthen the WESSLING team was nature, and the whole concept and prepared activities had fishing as the central theme.
The employees of the 3 divisions, Environmental Protection - Târgu Mureș and Environmental Consultancy and Food Safety - Bucharest, enjoyed a day in nature full of various activities: fishing, archery, contests with prizes and a barbecue picnic. The employees were trained to participate in fishing competitions, and the fishermen of the biggest fish, the smallest fish and the most original catch were rewarded with prizes. The 2 locations chosen were Agrișteu lake, Mureș county – for the colleagues from the Târgu Mureș location and Candeasca lake, Călărași county, for the team from Bucharest.
The categories and winners of the fishing contest were:
The biggest fish caught: Cristian Pergelt (Mureș) – African catfish and Sergiu Filip (Bucharest) – carp
The smallest fish: Alin Moldovan (Mureș) – the fish was 8 cm long and Mădălina Petrea (Bucharest)
The most original catch: Ioana Socaci (Mureș) and Sergiu Filip (Bucharest)
The most unusual catch had a special prize, namely a jar of honey from the WESSLING hive in Altenberge Germany, the main headquarters of the WESSLING holding company.
